Terms of Use for Holdfast Internal Social Media Platform
By accessing or using the Holdfast Internal Social Media Platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
The Platform is an internal social media platform for Holdfast community members, designed to provide a space for communication, collaboration, and information sharing within the Holdfast community.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and you will not use the Platform in any way that interferes with its normal operation or the use of the Platform by other users. You may not use the Platform to post or transmit any unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic, or otherwise offensive content, or any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
You are solely responsible for any content that you post or transmit through the Platform, including any opinions, ideas, or information shared with others. Holdfast does not endorse or take responsibility for any content posted by users, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
The content and technology used to provide the Platform is the property of Holdfast and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content or technology from the Platform without the express written consent of Holdfast.
Holdfast provides the Platform on an “as is” basis, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.
In no event shall Holdfast be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Holdfast reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas.
